The CESA 3 Career and Life Ready Team provides training kits for school districts to reserve to teach industry recognized certifications to students. Below are a list of training kits that are available to educators who have completed the train the trainer sessions. AC/DC Fundamentals |
The AC/DC Training System is a state-of-the-art training system specifically designed to introduce students to the basic principles of electrical circuits, both in direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). Students can earn an Industry Recognized Certification through NC3. |

Mechanical and Electrical Torque |
Working knowledge of torque theory and application is a fundamental requirement for any engineering, maintenance service, or repair position. Students can earn an Industry Recognized Certification through NC3. |

Mechatronics |
Our Mechatronics Training System and curriculum provides a practical approach for new training or in expanding existing skills with learners gaining valuable hands-on experience in basic motor control, switches, relay logic and pneumatics. Students can earn an Industry Recognized Certification through NC3. |

Multimeter Certification |
Students can earn an Industry Recognized Certification through NC3 that is focused on subjects stemming from basic application to advanced troubleshooting and provides a widely recognized endorsement of technical expertise and demonstrated achievement. |

Precision Measurement Instrument |
The goal of the PMI Certification course is to provide students with a robust understanding of precision measurement instruments. Students can earn an Industry Recognized Certification through NC3. |

Unlike classroom instruction, the Augmented Arc system closely resembles live arc welding — without the intimidation of arcs and sparks, and without the need for expensive consumables. |

Energy Audit Kit |
The Energy Audit Kit includes easy-to-use tools to perform simple energy assessments and behavior investigations in the classroom. Monitor plug load, light, and temperature levels to find energy loss in any building. Aids in integrating technology into math and science curriculum. |

Pedal Power Training Kits |
The Pedal Power® is a tool that you can use in your classroom to teach about energy production, use, and conservation. Students can actually ride a stationary bike to power a generator, which in turn powers an incandescent light bulb, a compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL), a LED light bulb, a hair dryer, a radio, and a fan. A photovoltaic (PV) panel is available for use to power the equipment above as well. |
