A Youth Apprenticeship is a one or two year “earn while you learn” program for high school juniors and seniors consisting of work and related classroom instruction in a chosen career pathway. Training is received on-the-job where the employer teaches the skills of the occupation. In addition, you'll benefit from taking courses that are related to that occupation, at no cost to you! No matter what you choose to do after high school, you'll be more prepared for success because of your apprenticeship!
Are you eligible?
- Are you a high school junior or senior?
- Can you work at least 450 hours from June 1 - the following August 31?
- Can you meet high school graduation requirements?
