Youth Apprenticeship is a program of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and (DWD) is administered by the Cooperative Education Service Agency 3.
Below, you will find information about the program policies:
MUST SIGN
1. CESA 3 Agreement:
- Tuition Policy: CESA 3 will cover the cost of classroom instruction for postsecondary education classes (tuition and books). Incidental expenses WILL NOT be covered by CESA 3 and is the responsibility of the student. In the event the student fails or drops the class, CESA 3 will seek reimbursement for tuition and books.
- You will not participate in the YA program if the Tuition Agreement is not signed and returned to CESA 3.
- All training required by a YA employer is not covered by your school district but may be by CESA 3. All training doesn't come in a course. CESA 3 endorses internal professional development and will reimburse the employer for the cost of the course.

3. CESA 3 Agreement
This form provides permission YA staff to mandate that students will attend mandatory symposiums or other professional development such as Career Exploration.
